7fbd Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 7fbd website accessible at https://7fbd.io, including all sub-pages, services, applications, and features made available thereunder.
• "7fbd", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 7fbd platform.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform following successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held within a User's Account, from which bets are placed and to which winnings are credited.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, fishing game, slot title, or any other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before a User may make their first withdrawal, conducted using a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card or passport.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used on the 7fbd Platform, represented by the ৳ symbol.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, deposit match, or other incentive awarded by 7fbd to a User subject to applicable bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

Use of the 7fbd Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You are only permitted to register and use the Platform if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are aged 21 years or above. The minimum age requirement on 7fbd is 21, which is higher than the general legal adult threshold, in recognition of the nature of real-money wagering activities. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing bets on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with the laws of your local jurisdiction prior to using the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent, or intermediary of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had your Account suspended or terminated by 7fbd for any reason.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 7fbd or any of its game-provider partners.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

To access real-money features on the 7fbd Platform, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your Account:

1. One Account Per User: Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated Accounts.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of this agreement.
3. Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 7fbd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify 7fbd immediately via the contact details in Section 15 if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
4. Account Responsibility: All activity conducted via your Account — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and communications sent — is your sole responsibility. 7fbd accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
5. KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a clear copy or photograph of a valid Bangladesh National ID Card or passport. 7fbd reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purposes of identity confirmation, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.

All financial transactions on the 7fbd Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no stated maximum deposit limit, though 7fbd reserves the right to apply individual deposit limits for responsible gaming or risk-management purposes.
• Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. 7fbd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposited funds must be used for the purpose of placing bets on the Platform. 7fbd reserves the right to decline deposits that appear to be made purely for money-transfer purposes without genuine gaming activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed approximately within 15 minutes for fully KYC-verified Accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times for other payment methods may vary.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity documentation submitted during KYC verification. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 7fbd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, including requests for source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawal amounts.
• Any winnings derived from Bonus funds may be subject to additional wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted. See Section 6 for Bonus-specific terms.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed if 7fbd determines that the associated Account has been used in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the 7fbd Platform, including sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot titles, and fishing game titles:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been assigned. Bets that have not received confirmation are not valid, regardless of any funds deducted from the Wallet in error.
• Odds and Prices: All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. 7fbd reserves the right to correct any odds that have been published in error due to technical malfunction or human error. Bets accepted at manifestly erroneous odds may be voided or settled at the correct odds at 7fbd's discretion.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed on each individual betting market or game. 7fbd reserves the right to impose additional individual stake limits on specific Accounts at any time.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, technical errors, proven instances of match manipulation, or circumstances that make a fair settlement of the market impossible. Voided bets are refunded to the Wallet at the original stake amount.
• In-Play Betting: In-play cricket and sports betting markets operate with real-time odds subject to rapid change. 7fbd will not be held liable for delays in the transmission of in-play data caused by third-party data providers, internet connectivity issues on the User's side, or broadcast delays.
• Game Provider Rules: All casino, slot, and fishing game titles on the Platform are governed by rules set by the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). In the event of a conflict between those rules and these Terms, the game provider rules shall prevail for matters specific to individual game mechanics.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or connectivity failure during a game session, 7fbd will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of the game at the point of interruption and settle accordingly. 7fbd's determination in such cases is final.

7fbd may offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Users from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonuses are available for one-time use per User, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the Bonus amount applies.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will be automatically removed from the Wallet without notice.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games will not count towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements.
• 7fbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time without prior notice if it determines that a User is attempting to abuse the promotion or exploit it in a manner inconsistent with genuine play.
• Winnings generated from Bonus play may have a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the specific promotion terms. Winnings exceeding the stated cap may be removed from the Wallet at 7fbd's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7fbd Platform. Breach of this section constitutes a material violation of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by 7fbd.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or in any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are offered.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or payment process.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties in casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 7fbd staff or other Users in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any software used by the Platform.

7fbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity associated with the Account.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account holder is under the age of 21.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate the suspension or closure of the Account.
• At the User's own request for self-exclusion under the Platform's responsible gaming framework.

Upon Account termination, any real-money balance remaining in the Wallet (excluding Bonus funds and any funds subject to an ongoing investigation) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC process. Investigations may delay the return of funds until they are resolved.

All content on the 7fbd Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game content (supplied by third-party providers under licence), and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 7fbd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from 7fbd.
• Use the 7fbd brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by 7fbd without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use Platform content for any commercial purpose.

7fbd collects and processes personal data from Users in connection with the operation of the Platform, including for Account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and customer support. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the 7fbd Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an Account on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Key data protection principles applied by 7fbd include:

• Data is collected only for specified, legitimate purposes and is not processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes.
• Personal data is stored securely using SSL / TLS 1.3 encryption and is not retained for longer than necessary.
• Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities only where necessary and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• Users have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations that may require 7fbd to retain certain data.

7fbd is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling practices. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to all registered Users at no cost and without any administrative delay:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure on-screen reminders that alert them when they have been actively engaged with the Platform for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may apply a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains open but the User cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a long-term self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. 7fbd will not market to self-excluded Users during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform displays the duration of each session and the net position (wins minus losses) at regular intervals to encourage informed decision-making.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7fbd, its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss or corruption of data, including Account balance data, arising from technical malfunctions, cyberattacks, or circumstances outside 7fbd's reasonable control.
• Interruptions to Platform availability arising from scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, or force majeure events.
• Any financial loss arising from decisions made by the User based on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, and game outcomes.
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or data suppliers, each of which operates independently of 7fbd under their own terms and conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7fbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7fbd will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. In certain cases, 7fbd may provide advance notice of material changes via email to the address associated with registered Accounts.

Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure. The current effective version of these Terms is always accessible at https://7fbd.io/terms-conditions.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as applied to internationally operated online platforms, to the extent consistent with the laws of the jurisdictions in which 7fbd operates.

In the event of a dispute between a User and 7fbd, the User is encouraged to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the 7fbd support team at [email protected]. 7fbd will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days and to resolve them within 28 days of receipt.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. This clause does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the laws of your local jurisdiction.
